We look after the following areas in House Keeping
- Maintenance of the common area
- Cleaning of Stair Cases
- Maintenance of Gym
- Maintenance of Club
- Cleaning of Common Toilets
- Collection of Garbage
- Daily Moping of the Common Roadways
- Daily Cleaning of Car Parking Areas
There are some work which is not included in our common Services which would be charged extra
- Construction or repair work in the common area
- Collection of Rubbish dumped by Contractors
- Collection of Rubbish dumped by Gardener
- Floor and Lobby Brushing
